Orders & Accounts

1. How do I place an order?

Shopping at Luxury Libaas is easy!

  1. Browse your favorite pieces through our website luxurylibaas.store
  2. Select your size and click ‘Add to Cart’
  3. When you’re ready, go to the Shopping Cart (top right corner)
  4. Review your items, then click ‘Place Order’ to complete your purchase

2. Do I need to create an account to shop?

No, you can place an order without creating an account.
However, registering gives you benefits like:

  • Tracking your orders
  • Faster checkout
  • Saving your address and preferences
  • Viewing your order history

3. How do I create an account?

Click on the Sign Up button and fill in the required details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Once done, log in using your email and password.

4. Can I edit my account details?

Yes! Just go to the ‘My Account’ section to update your shipping address, phone number, or any other personal info.

5. Is my information safe?

Absolutely. We value your privacy and will never share your personal information. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

6. I forgot my password. What now?

Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page and follow the instructions. For security, we don’t send old passwords via email.

7. Why did a product disappear from my cart?

Adding an item to your cart doesn’t reserve it. It may go out of stock if another customer checks out before you.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. Online payment based orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please note that, we'll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. 9. How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an Order ID. You can track your order using that ID through the Track Order page on our website or by contacting us.

Shipping & Returns

1. Can I return or exchange an item?

We currently do not offer exchanges or returns unless the item is:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Incorrect or incomplete
    In such cases, contact our support team, and we’ll offer:
  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), OR
  • Online store credit (minus delivery charges) for future shopping

2. Where do you ship?

We offer Nationwide Delivery across Pakistan.
No matter where you are, Luxury Libaas brings elegance right to your doorstep!

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Ready-to-wear orders: Delivered in 3–5 working days
  • Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your location

4. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Currently, same-day delivery is not available.

5. Will I need to sign for my package?

Yes. To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we require a signature upon receipt. Once the item is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable for loss or damage.

6. Can I ship to more than one address?

Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Payments & Refunds

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer the following payment options for orders Nationwide Delivery:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as our delivery personnel may not carry change.
  • Bank Transfer (Advance Payment):
    You can also pay in advance via bank transfer. Once your order is placed, we will share our bank account details for payment. Please send a screenshot of the transaction to our WhatsApp number +92 316 3091135 for order confirmation.

2. Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds.
If you return an item (eligible cases only), we’ll issue online store credit equal to the item’s price (excluding shipping charges), valid for future purchases.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
