Exchange & Refund Policy

At Luxury Libaas, your satisfaction is our priority.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned whether it's a sizing issue or a rare mistake from our side. That’s why we offer a smooth and flexible exchange and refund process for our valued customers across Pakistan.

1. Who Can Request an Exchange or Return?

You can request an exchange or return within 15 days of receiving your order if:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or is incorrect
The size or color is different from what you ordered
The package is missing accessories, parts, or tags

2. Return Conditions

To ensure your request is accepted smoothly, please make sure the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition
  • Has all original tags and labels attached
  • Is returned in the original packaging (box/bag)
  • Includes your order invoice or confirmation email

Note: Items marked as Final Sale or sold at deep discounts are not   eligible for return or exchange.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Please share the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Photos of the product (especially if damaged or incorrect)

What Happens Next?

  • We’ll review your request and respond within 24 hours
  • If approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the product or provide a return shipping label

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If it’s our mistake (wrong/damaged item): We’ll cover the return shipping
  • If it’s a change of mind or size preference: Return shipping will be at your cost

Receiving Your Replacement:
As soon as we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll dispatch your replacement promptly.

4. Want a Refund Instead?

Just follow the same process as above and let us know you'd like a refund instead of an exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • If that’s not possible, we’ll issue you store credit

Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect.

Important: Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after we receive the returned item in acceptable condition.

5. What Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged?

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons:

Unstitched fabric that has been cut, altered, or customized
Underwear, socks, or face masks
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Gift cards or E-vouchers

6. Changed Your Mind?

No worries if you simply decide you no longer want an item:

  • You may return it within 15 days
  • The item must be unused and meet the return conditions
  • Return shipping will be your responsibility

7. Courier Delays & Responsibility

Luxury Libaas is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. If a return shipment is delayed or lost during transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier company.
We cannot process refunds or exchanges for items that are in transit or undelivered.
